About us.
After years of treating dental patients, Dr. Greco wanted to do more. She developed a passion for facial esthetics and spent countless hours training and refining her skills. In 2019, she began offering facial esthetic and cosmetic services “Beyond the Smile” at TriState Family Dental Centers.
Offering both cosmetic dentistry and facial esthetics, Dr. Greco is able to help you achieve the look you desire. Whether it is smoothing fine lines and wrinkles, adding volume with fillers or providing lifts with PDO threads, she can do it!

Dr. Greco
Dr. Brandy Greco received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Indiana University in 2009. She is a current faculty member with the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE), and travels the country teaching facial esthetics to others. She has a superior understanding of facial anatomy which she is able to utilize in providing comprehensive care for her patients.
She has completed countless hours of esthetic training, with the majority being hands-on, including Master Levels in Botox, Dermal Fillers, PDO Threads, Master Lips, Master Eyes and TMJ Therapy. In the dental side of her practice, she focuses on comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry, full-mouth reconstruction, and treatment for TMJ disorder.

Dr. Saxe
Dr. Michelle Saxe is a native of Evansville and a proud graduate of Mater Dei High School, Class of 2007. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Southern Indiana in 2011, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2017, graduating with Highest Distinction.
During her time at Indiana University, Dr. Saxe was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society, recognizing her academic excellence and professional character. She was also honored with the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry Student Award of Merit for Excellence in Esthetic Dentistry, as well as the American Academy of Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology Dental Student Award.
Dr. Saxe practices comprehensive general dentistry and is a member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, and the First District Dental Society. She is certified in Invisalign, dermal fillers, and Botulinum toxin (Botox) for both aesthetic treatments and the management of TMJ disorders and facial pain.
Dr. Saxe and her husband, Tyler, reside on the north side of Evansville and are active members of Good Shepherd Catholic Church. They have two young children, Carter and Summer. Outside the office, Dr. Saxe enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, boating, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys and Indiana Hoosiers.
